“Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. As arrows are in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. Happy, blessed, and fortunate is the man whose quiver is filled with them! They will not be put to shame when they speak with their adversaries [in gatherings] at the [city's] gate.” Psalm 127:3-5

Yes! Sometimes parenting can be exhausting. First we deal with dirty diapers, then deconstructed living rooms, meltdowns, attitudes, strong-wills, misunderstandings and so much more. But with all that said, it is a rare thing to see a child who rejects the gospel message. Recently a child came to New Breed Souljahs with his aunt. This boy comes from a broken home and has been labeled with special emotional needs, however a few weeks after attending he asked his aunt to tell him more about Jesus. She led this precious five year old child to Jesus and since then he hasn’t ceased to call her every Saturday night to be sure he has a ride to church on Sunday.

There is a soft spot in every child’s heart to know their Heavenly Father and the One that He sent to bring forgiveness of all sins. Proverbs 22:6 says “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” (NIV).
We are training mighty young men and women of God to know His presence and have His Word hidden in their hearts. Every Sunday is full of God’s Word, presence, prayer and praise – all in a way that is FUN and EASY for kids to learn!

Each quarter we begin a new curriculum based on the needs we see in the children – some of the past curriculums include:

• No Mission Impossible (soul-winning)

• The Fruit of the Spirit

• New Testament Leaders

• Creation and The Seven Churches.
